Not every job is a full remodel. When you're updating a kitchen or bath without moving the layout, we swap what's tired for what's new — often with no permit required, and in as little as two weeks.
A quick replacement keeps your existing layout — nothing structural moves more than about three feet — so there's usually no permit, and we're in and out fast.
New cabinets and stone on the existing footprint — granite, quartz (MSI, Cambria), or in-stock colors.
New vanity, sink, faucet, toilet, mirror, and lighting — a same-week bathroom refresh.
New backsplash, floor tile, or shower tile to your written spec.
Fresh paint, hardwood, LVP, and trim to finish the space.
New appliances installed and tested; updated lighting and hardware.
If we're replacing finishes and fixtures without moving walls, plumbing, or gas more than about three feet, your project is a quick replacement — and Montgomery County and DC generally don't require a permit for that. When a job does need one, we'll tell you up front and handle it. Either way, the price is fixed before we start.
Already have us in your home? These often round out a project — built by the same crew, on the same fixed-price contract.
Composite and wood decks, stairs, and railings — engineered, permitted, and built to match the house.
Full exterior repaints with proper prep and crisp trim lines that hold up to Mid-Atlantic weather.
Send a few photos of the space — we'll come back with a fixed price, usually within 24 hours.
