How long does a kitchen remodel take in Bethesda?

A small kitchen can be turned around in as little as two weeks, we know being without a kitchen, especially with kids at home, is something you want kept short. Do I have to move out during the build?
No. We seal off the job site, set up a temporary cooking station if needed, and keep the rest of the house livable. Most clients stay put throughout.
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes, barring change orders you sign for explicitly. The number on the contract is the number you pay, in Bethesda or DC. If we missed something, we eat it.
What does your labor warranty cover?
We warranty our labor for 1 year on every Bethesda build, anything we built, installed, or finished, and your cabinets carry a 2 to 10 year warranty. Appliances and fixtures are covered by their manufacturer warranties (normal wear and misuse excluded), and we help you navigate those too.
Who pulls the permits?

What kitchen remodeling services do you offer?
We're a design-build company. Our services: in-house design and 3D renderings, layout and structural changes, semi-custom and bespoke cabinet lines, in-house countertop fabrication, licensed electrical and plumbing, tile and backsplash, flooring, painting, lighting, and appliance installation, all on a single fixed-price contract managed by a dedicated build lead. If the primary bathroom is next on the list, the same crew handles kitchen and bathroom together.

How does the design process work?
It begins with a consultation at your house or our Bethesda showroom to understand your vision, your house, and your budget. Yes, and in Bethesda's older colonials and split-levels it is the change kitchens ask for most. We check whether the wall carries load, size an engineered beam if it does, and show you the open space in 3D before demo. An island, a walk-in pantry, and better traffic flow usually come with it.
Do you take on older Bethesda houses?
