What we do, and what it costs
Prices below are the ranges published on each service page. Every project is quoted as one fixed price before work starts.
High-end work
We build large and high-end projects as well as everyday remodels: kitchens from $55K to $120K+, additions up to $250K+ including second stories and in-law suites, custom cabinetry through our sister company Bethesda Cabinets (Shiloh and Eclipse), and stone fabricated in our own shop, Quick Countertops.
How we work
- Fixed-price contracts. The number you sign is what you pay.
- Workmanship warranty. 1 year on labor, 2 to 10 years on cabinets depending on the line. Additions carry 3 years on labor.
- Design by the builders. Kitchen and bath design is drawn and priced by the same team that builds it.
- Our own showroom. Clients choose materials at our showroom, 7801 Old Georgetown Rd, and stone is fabricated in house through Quick Countertops.
- Cabinets. Our sister company Bethesda Cabinets is the authorized Shiloh and Eclipse dealer in Montgomery County.
- Financing. Offered through RenoFi, a third party, not by us.

Who we are a good fit for
Homeowners in Montgomery County and DC who want one company to design and build the work, a price agreed up front, and a written warranty, from a single bathroom to a high-end kitchen or a large addition. Most of our work is kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions in homes people live in.
What we are not
- We are not the cheapest option. Kitchens start at $35K, and the price covers labor and materials in one fixed number.
- We work in Montgomery County, Maryland and Washington, DC. We do not travel outside the DC metro area.
- We are a remodeling contractor, not a cabinet retailer. If you want to buy cabinets on their own, that is Bethesda Cabinets.
- Permit-led work such as additions takes months, not weeks. Our small projects page covers the quick jobs.
