Santiago, Daniel and the entire team were excellent, they delivered on what was agreed, had great availability, and reasonable prices. They renovated our basement, adding a bar and a wine cellar. The end result is stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Santiago and his team.
Santiago and his team did an incredible job transforming the space under our basement stairs into a custom built-in! It required both custom cabinetry and opening the wall safely. The result was exactly what we had in mind and the attention to detail was excellent. Communication was incredibly thorough from the first proposal through completion. Highly recommend.
Quick Remodels did an amazing job on our basement renovation. Santiago and his team were professional, on time, and the quality of work was top-notch. Highly recommend!
Most can be combined, a media room plus a wet bar is one of our most common scopes.
The basics, drywall, flooring, lighting, paint, baseboards. The most common starting point.
Acoustic treatment, projector or display, in-ceiling speakers, tiered seating riser.
Custom cabinetry, stone counter, sink, beverage fridge, ice maker, glass storage.
Add a basement bath, guest bedroom-ready, often required for in-law suites.
Rubber flooring, mirror walls, ceiling fans, dedicated electrical for equipment.
Bedroom, full bath, sometimes a kitchenette. Often requires egress window.
Most contractors skip the protection layers because they're invisible. We don't. Here's the full stack we install, and document with photos, before drywall ever goes up.

Permitted, inspected. Recessed lighting, accent runs, dedicated circuits as needed.
Trunk-line extensions, returns, and supply registers sized for the new space.
Where bedrooms are planned, full code-compliant egress with wells.
LVP, carpet, or polished concrete. Doors, baseboards, casing.
Written. Our workmanship is covered for a full year, and cabinets carry a 2–10 year warranty.
If you're worried about moisture, you're asking the right question first.
We diagnose first, finish second. If there's an active leak or chronic dampness, we address the source (grading, gutters, sump pump, crack injection) before any framing goes up. We will not finish over a moisture problem and stake our warranty on it.
Yes, in every Montgomery County jurisdiction and in DC. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC changes, egress windows, and adding bedrooms all require permits. We pull them.
Yes, but not always dollar-for-dollar. Industry-standard ROI is 70–75% of cost recovered at sale. The bigger win is usable square footage during the years you live there.
Yes, with proper egress (an exterior window or door meeting code dimensions). Most homes need a window-well excavation; we include that in our scope when bedrooms are planned.
Code requires 7' minimum finished ceiling. If your basement is tight, we can sometimes drop drywall flush with bottom of joists and run mechanicals tight, buys 4–6 inches.
