Santiago and his team did an excellent job remodeling my 1970s kitchen. They did it all - New cabinets, floors, backsplash and appliances and we are very happy with the finished product! Santiago did a good job listening to what I wanted. For instance, lighting was very important to me and he provided me with fantastic recessed lighting throughout - both under cabinet and in the ceiling. The job took about 4 days longer than expected, but we received full communication about that and were not surprised. In all, it took less than 3 weeks from start, which we thought was very reasonable given where we started from.

I’ve used Quick Remodels for three remodeling projects (basement, two bathrooms) at my rental property and two remodeling projects at my home (kitchen and master bathroom). Stock Cabinets

If you are trying to save time and cost, stock cabinets are a really good option. All of the items are stocked so when you order they are picked, packed, and shipped to you within a week or so. Great quality and construction but with fewer options of styles and colors.

Semi Custom Cabinets

With this cabinet option, its easier to meet all of your design needs, since you can customize colors, sizes, depths and etc... Soft-Close doors and drawers, Solid wood construction with plenty of colors and styles available, dozens of accessories options for functionality and it doesn’t end there, a short lead time of 2-4 weeks*

Frameless Cabinets

In this style, there is no face frame on the front of the cabinet box. Rather, the box itself is thicker and the cabinet doors are installed directly to the side of the box. With frameless cabinetry, you have easier access to items within the cabinets, no center style separating double doors and more storage space to work with inside the cabinets, but frameless cabinets generally also come with a higher price tag.

If we are not opening walls and keeping closer to the existing layout our kitchen remodels can take a little as 3-4 weeks. If we are opening walls and doing a complete change of layout can take from 4- 8 weeks.

Most kitchen remodels do require permits. Quick Remodels manages all permitting to ensure compliance with local regulations. If we are keeping the same lay out or moving appliances up to 3’ from their existing locations, we don’t required to pull permits. We need to pull permits if we are opening walls or changing the kitchen configuration.
